I was not there when it finished but somewhere after 40 GB it must have reset to 0 and now wants to download another ~50 GB. It seems that there is refund issues from BDO (as i saw on the discussion on steam), Ip block from BDO (leading to slow download speed), connection issues to the servers,region locked games, corrupted files and 120050 errors left right and center. 16 Apr 2018 I would see network connection spike up to 1Mbps for download as i you leave bdo and steam completelydisconnect and lost server issues too boot.
